In this paper, we present a quantum information framework for the entanglement behavior of low-energy quasiparticle (QP) excitations in various phases one-dimensional (1D) systems. We first establish an exact correspondence between correlation matrix and QP Hamiltonian free fermions find extended in-gap state as consequence position uncertainty QP. A more general understanding such can be to Kramers theorem Hamiltonian, which also applies strongly interacting Further, set ubiquitous spectrum features, dubbed fragmentation, conditional mutual information, measurement-induced nonlocal QPs 1D symmetry protected topological phases. Our result thus provides another identify different matter terms their entanglement.

Decay of fermionic quasiparticles in one-dimensional quantum liquids.
The low-energy properties of one-dimensional quantum liquids are commonly described in terms of the Tomonaga-Luttinger liquid theory, in which the elementary excitations are free bosons. To this approximation, the theory can be alternatively recast in terms of free fermions. In both approaches, small perturbations give rise to finite lifetimes of excitations. We evaluate the decay rate of fermi...
متن کاملGround State Entanglement in One Dimensional Translationally Invariant Quantum Systems
We examine whether it is possible for one-dimensional translationally-invariant Hamiltonians to have ground states with a high degree of entanglement. We present a family of translationally invariant Hamiltonians {Hn} for the infinite chain. The spectral gap of Hn is Ω(1/poly(n)). Moreover, for any state in the ground space of Hn and anym, there are regions of sizem with entanglement entropy Ω(...
متن کاملQuantum circuit complexity of one-dimensional topological phases
Topological quantum states cannot be created from product states with local quantum circuits of constant depth and are in this sense more entangled than topologically trivial states, but how entangled are they? Here we quantify the entanglement in one-dimensional topological states by showing that local quantum circuits of linear depth are necessary to generate them from product states. We esta...
متن کاملUsing entanglement to discern phases in the disordered one-dimensional Bose-Hubbard model
We perform a matrix-product-state–based density matrix renormalisation group analysis of the phases for the disordered one-dimensional Bose-Hubbard model. For particle densities N/L = 1, 1/2 and 2 we show that it is possible to obtain a full phase diagram using only the entanglement properties, which come for free when performing an update. We confirm the presence of Mott insulating, superfluid...
متن کاملLocalized Entanglement in One-dimensional Anderson Model
Entanglement is a kind of nonlocal correlation that only exists in quantum systems. Recent studies on entanglement have been motivated by its potential applications in quantum computation, quantum teleportation and quantum communication. As the spin system is perfect to realize the quantum computer, many efforts focus on the entanglement in the Heisenberg spin model, Ising model in a transverse...
